Getting Started
Create an Account
Sign up by providing your email and password. Confirm registration by clicking the link in the email.

Add your contact information and optionally invoicing details if you plan to purchase featured listings.

Click "+ Add Listing", select the property type and fill out the form.

How to Add a Listing
- Choose listing type (sale/rent) and property type
- Fill out the form with basic information (price, area, location)
- Add a detailed property description
- Upload photos (we recommend at least 3-5 high-quality photos)
- Preview and publish your listing

Featured Listings
Featured listings are displayed at the top of search results and marked with a special icon.
Benefits:
- Greater listing visibility
- Display at the top of results
- More views and contacts
- Faster sale or rental
How to purchase featured status?
To purchase featured status, click "Feature Listing" on your listing and select the featured period.
Account Management
Change Password
You can reset your password in your profile or use "Forgot password?" on the login page.
Change Email
You can change your email in profile settings. You'll receive a verification email.
Invoicing Details
Fill in invoicing details in your profile to receive VAT invoices.
Delete Account
Contact us to delete your account. All your listings will also be deleted.
Troubleshooting
Login Issues
- Check if email and password are correct
- Ensure you activated your account
- Try resetting your password
- Clear browser cache
Image Upload Issues
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
- Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP
- Check internet connection
- Try again after a moment
Not Receiving Emails
- Check SPAM folder
- Add our address to contacts
- Verify email address is correct
- Wait a few minutes - email may be delayed
